I'm in my upper 40's and feel your pain. It seems so hopeless I don't even bother trying anymore

I turn 50 next month. I have dedicated myself to getting up at 5 am and going to the gym. I stay fit as I can.
After my divorce, I dated from age 24 to 54. I put my heart into a few relationships and got my arse handed to me by a couple of narcissists and attention whores.
So, I literally wrote down a list of what I wanted from a woman. I put in every detail......low body count, shitty or boring exes, shy & doesnt seek attention, smart but hasn't hit a good career yet, good cook, sexually hungry, likes to read....all of the things.
I wrote that list and that woman walked into my life. She is 33 and acts my age. She is mature, fun, can cook......and she now goes to the gym with me for every workout!
We are engaged now and I can't imaging another woman filling that list like she has.

Manifest that shite bro!!! And if you aren't buff. Change that. Get in the gym. Getting up at 5 sucks sometimes. But, you will live longer and you will be happier. Good luck!!

I’m 56 and still single. I make 100k per year but I am only 5’7” . I am overweight by 35 pounds. It’s too late for me but I will tell HS men that if you are in good shape graduating HS or College, fight hard to maintain that body. One minute you can be 155 lbs and ten years later you’re crossing 200.
