With people transferring in and out whenever they'd like. I wonder if teams will start recruiting depth players who are "team" first and will help build a culture. Sort of like having tenured players on a basketball team where one and dones come in and out consistently.

With the players we have committed i think there is a lot of that going on. We have what two guys from the dmv area?
