LSU was at #5 in the CFP and all they had to do was beat an A&M team that was 4-7 (with 2 of the 4 wins being FCS teams) in order to setup a top 5 matchup in the SEC title game with a spot in the CFP on the line.
The most disappointing has to be the loss in 2022 at Texas A&M. Especially after beating Alabama in OT just a few weeks before
