We made it just over 50 years with Title IX, now they've rendered it useless by allowing people to claim whatever gender identity they prefer at that moment.

I look forward to the similar destruction of the Civil Rights Act, Voting Act and Americans with Disabilities Act. Because if you can identify as whatever gender you like, you can obviously identify as whatever race and disability status you prefer as well. "Trust the science" is SO 2020, we're trusting feelings now.

Many men's sports programs were eliminated because of the mandate that their be an equal number of athletic scholarship opportunities for men and women. With football having the largest rosters and no equivalent female sport, sports like wrestling, men's gymnastics, etc were eliminated to allow football to maintain it's large number of male scholarships while allowing females sports to have an equivalent amount across the board. But if gender is now WHOLLY subjective, what's to stop a school from having a wrestling program where all of the members on scholarship (while actually male) identify as "female". How can one argue they aren't if their subjective belief is all that matters?

The best way to combat absurd and illogical policy to display that absurdity in action. College baseball programs should now offer 40 full scholarships. Just have 25 players self identify (on paper) as female. The result would be an INCREASE in "female" participation/scholarships. Isn't that one of the goals of Title IX? What do you mean that 220 lb person with hairy balls and a beard isn't a female? "She" says "she" is. And that's the only criteria.
