At same time I’ve had friends with the crease,had heart caths with no significant blockages. One old man I was friends with had severe creases but little coronary artery disease,he did have femoral artery bypass,though. Anyone that has earlobe creases show up,they should have a work-up. BIL had ear creases,had a mild stroke and carotid endartectomy few weeks ago,heart cath showed minimal disease.
