My brother’s cardiologist stated there’s quite a bit of evidence against it. Mom, best friend, and 2 coworkers had heart attacks and none have earlobe crease. I don’t have it either, my dad does, in his 70s and no heart history

That’s curious to me.It was a cardiologist that first pointed it out to me many years ago.I had never paid attention to it before he said something about it.
As I said in my previous post it was very rare to see a cardiac patient that didn’t have it. In my experience, not everyone with the crease had heart disease but they had vascular problems elsewhere such as carotids or femoral arteries.
I saw a long time acquaintance last week at a funeral and he told me he had a stent placed 2 days before.Looked at his earlobes and sure enough he had the crease.
He’s not someone I expected to have heart disease.Early 50’s,slender,runs a lot and mountain bikes a good bit. Must be genetic.
