It is a team that plays annually(?) in The Basketball Tournament which is a five on five tournament made up of former college players. A lot of the teams are connected to certain schools and are made up of most/all alumni from those schools.

I believe WarReady started as a general team based in Tampa, and then got a former Auburn player on the team and they saw a huge turnout of support from the Auburn fan base in that area of Florida, so they changed the name and started making an effort to bring in former Auburn players.
