He's showing us EXACTLY what kind of cop he would be.

He'd let himself get over emotional and take it out on the citizen if there was ANY legal window with which he could justify it.

He wouldn't seek to reduce the conflict if the person sufficiently pissed him off.

He thinks the badge gives him the right to physically assault people who make him mad.

She was required to give her ID and info. Part of the Stop and Identify law.

She refused. Bye.

When Dan saw the California cops chase down a surfer during COVID, Dan probably creamed his jeans and thought the surfer was being unreasonable.

When he saw pastors try to push back against having their services shut down while cops AT THE SAME EXACT MOMENT were allowing BLM protests, Dan probably creamed his jeans and thought the Pastors deserved the beatings they took.

He was asked why he pulled her over. Part of simple human decency. He refused.

LOL

You're coming apart at the seams. You can't even be "done" when you say you are. This shite is hilarious. Every time you post another fit, you prove the point more.

So, I'm only too happy to help you melt down.

He doesn't have to tell her why yet. Don't care how you feel about it.

I'm aware that being a decent human is apparently not something you expect out of the police.

That much has been obvious the whole thread.

What do you have to say about officer Zachary Wester planting evidence on dozens of people? I bet you'd say those people he pulled over and planted evidence in their car had probably done something wrong at some point in their life to deserve it. Maybe an overdue library book. He obviously got an unfair trial and now a good cop (by your definition) is behind bars!

Look. Ya said you were done. Be done.

Accept reality. Cameras are ABSOLUTELY going to kill the kind of policing people like you support.

There's not a damned thing you can do about it.

My side is going to win this one...............BY A MILE

And Wester ABSOLUTELY RELIED upon "compliance".

He basically targeted people doing what Dan expects.

People with an ounce of legal sense were able to avoid his bullshite.

Yep, camera footage in court have saved many cops' careers and locked away a ton of lying criminals.

All cops should have cameras.

"I'm done". "Bye".

Said Mr. Dan "I don't HAVE to be a decent human if I'm a cop so, I won't be".........

Like 20 posts ago.

Ya know, you can only lie on your back and kick your legs and pump your arms so many times before the only response is laughter, right?

Yeah, a cop planting evidence is the same as this.

Good job arguing stuff. You're reall good at it.

It has. Absolutely. Which is good.

Unfortunately for the cops that are like you, it's also catching their asses.....REPEATEDLY and FAR more often.

That cop relied upon people who THOUGHT "they have nothing to hide, so why not say yes".

He RELIED upon "just comply, why make his job harder" beliefs.

Yet, he was basically the poster child for why EVERY SINGLE PERSON ALIVE should be careful when cops come a callin.

Also, you say this but I'll be $100 that:

1. You defend when they mute their cameras DURING fricking situations

2. You defend when they turn them OFF.

3. You defend when departments refuse to release them for months upon months of even years.

4. You are fine with the cops who lose their shite when people video police interactions.

I made an excellent argument. I showed you still refused to condemn a cop that planted evidence on dozens of people, including a grandmother. There is literally nothing too low for a cop in your eyes. You refuse to condemn anything they do. I bet you wore your mask like a good little subject during covid. I bet you even reported your neighbors if they had too many guests over. Likely in hopes the police would knock their door down and beat the hell out of them for ignoring covid mandates.
