My guess is that the alphabet agencies have dirty laundry on everyone in Congress (probably everyone in general) and hit up anyone in leadership with threats.
I haven’t done anything illegal, but I’m sure the alphabet agencies have online traffic of mine that I wouldn’t like aired to the general public. They pretend FISA keeps them in line, but they’ve already proven that they don’t follow it.
So I wouldn’t doubt if someone dropped off an envelope at the Speaker’s office a few days after he was sworn in.

A guy a work with is a bit of a nut case conspiracy theorist thinks the democrats have threatened Johnson's family. He claims this has happened with other republicans who have talked tough about standing up to the leftist establishment then suddenly caved.
