I'm carrying a little extra right now. About two months ago I did a heavy leg program, and it was twice a week. Tons of squat variations, lunges, split squats, RDL, some explosive movements. As I was nearing the end of it, the wife caught a glimpse of me in boxer briefs and said my legs were almost getting too big. I'm like thanks for noticing, that's kind of the point! Can't really explain a bulk/cut to her though.
