The sun will rise, the sun will set. I've worried about politics my whole adult life and nothing has really affected me and my family in a way that I need to be a super citizen. Politics is exhausting these days. We are born, we vote, we retire and die.
Having to spend more for things thus having less to save has also affected everyone and that’s because of politics.

I take that back. It has affected us but not to the point of being in a bind. Kids are gone. Most things are paid off. We are blessed with good livings and haven't had to adjust to the last 30 years of inflation.
