He did what the Democrats wanted him to do.
It's apparent that Democrats control Congress even when they don't have a majority.

Don't blame them for taking advantage of a ituation. And that situation is the GOP can't manage it's own house. This Speaker is weak... The Party is unorganized and poorly lead. As if the selection of a speaker didn't make that obvious enough.
