You should really talk to the doctor (hopefully) that ordered it. The interpretation has to be taken in context, the test is worthless without it. For instance, If you were 35 a positive test would make me concerned about your risk of heart disease in the future (possibly distant). If you’re 60, that number is much less concerning. That number certainly doesn’t mean you’re at moderate risk of a heart attack now.
Almost always the score doesn’t change what you should do. Optimizing blood pressure, insulin sensitivity, lipids, body composition, exercise, avoiding smoking remain the treatment, pretty much the basics of health. If you’re not doing one or more of those things it may be time to start.
