I haven't always been the most religious person, but I do believe, have my faith, and am spiritual.
The last few years have been more difficult for me than any other time in my life.
As I am coming out on the other side of this, I reflect and do believe that God walked with me every step of the way. And I do believe that with God, my best days are ahead of me, and not behind.
I used to question, "Why me?" Now, I say, "why not me?" I have grown in many ways that I didn't think I needed to. I lost some people along the way, but I am grateful for the life I have today.
