is it just me...or is it insanely hypocritical that nearly EVERY govt employee and contractor (you know the people he can directly effect) are required to have a security clearance? And guess what.... those include criminal background checks.

Well with Elon and SpaceX you have one govt agency making it mandatory, for a security check, and another suing him because he wont hire illegals because its not possible to do a background check.

That just seems rude to sue Sheetz so unceremoniously.
Why not just convert Sheetz, by executive order, into a Climate Corps substation, and in lieu of a lawsuit, train Sheetz employees as new Climate Corps recruits and make them federal employees, with guaranteed income?
