It was more an aggravation.

I'm happy to see something like this go through if it helps our program sell more concessions at athletic events. However, was it some key issue for Louisiana as a whole?

Of course not.

Any push back against a cashless society is a win. Do you want some institution or maybe the government to just press delete and all your money is gone?

Before I got sober, I used to try to stare down Jeff Landry at Anytime Fitness in New Iberia.

Yes, credit card companies and banks have been slowly but surely updating terms of service to remove items they don't like.

It's dumb to use LSU as an example, but a cashless society has massive issues with using banks as defacto 4th amendment end arounds.

CBDC is the issue. This is just window dressing. The next move is to ban CBCC in the State, along with ESG, DEI, and all of the other WEF bullshite the one world commies have been planning for years. Good move, it keeps those sick fricks defending their commie positions.

At LSU events? Probably not. I hate the trend of trying to eliminate cash though and will usually not come back if a place refuses to take it.

I like this, because honestly something needs to slow the creep toward only digital payment methods.

Doesn’t it just make your heart glad to know our state’s elected officials spend time making laws that absolutely no one cares about?
