They are not. Not sure if they ever have been. Holocaust guilt? I don't know. Our government has sucked for a while now.

Israel high tech is driving many of the innovations in telecommunications and secure communications
Our intel from the Middle East is largely generated through Israeli contacts. Western countries notoriously are pitiful as passing for middle easterners.
We ship OUR weapons systems to Israel who enhance them beyond original or claimed capabilities
You assholes should do some actual investigation before running your bigoted pie holes.
