This goes back to the original list. Fact is, if there's a large war, we really don't have to participate unless our crooked politicians really want us to. We're surrounded by two ocean moats protected by the most potent maritime force force in human history, the United States Navy. Plus, we're completely independent in terms of agriculture and energy when asshats in Washington aren't intentionally hamstringing us. No country, or collection of countries, has the naval and sealift capability to bring a military to our shores. Even if they could, they'd be cut to pieces by our Army, National Guard, and armed Americans almost immediately. War coming to our homeland via a foreign military isn't even a possibility.
