But the difference from then to now is:
When my son was younger (he's 37 now), it was cool to kiss a girl to get boys attention. It was just after the Britney Spears and Madonna kiss on some awards show. Those girls never said they were bi, lez, whatever alphabet you want to call it.
Now, it's trendy. They straight up say they're bi, lesbian, or experimenting and actually date a girl for a period of time.
I totally believe it's just a fad.
