Use tifblair or Santee seed
Mix with Mason or play sand and black kow and then spread over the lawn
Then water, I’ve got centipede germinating all over my lawn
Make sure you get the good black kow. Not the crap full sticks.
My local ACE has both. The bag that actually says top soil is what you want to get.
