Lots of people in this thread act like they know Lebron and Jordan personally. By all accounts Michael Jordan was not an ideal human being. Yes he was a fierce competitor and that’s something to model after. He also appeared to be a ruthless dictator and brutal teammate.

Michael Jordan can’t take criticism at all. He has famously never talked to Charles Barkley (his best friend for years) because he criticized his time as an owner. Doesn’t sound far off from “whining about calls” which is one reason someone said Lebron was a terrible person in this thread.

Mostly it feels like people here have really hated Lebron for joining a team like the Heat (which wasnt as talented as the Jordan Bulls so thats weird) and for supporting democratic presidents and ideals (which i hate too).

MJ also famously stayed quiet because "Republicans buy shoes too." Big time role model right there. Almost like $ was more important than anything.

And lebron is the picture of a great teammate?

The guy who blames anyone but himself?
The guy who isn't loyal to his teammates? Coaches? FO?
The guy who blames other when he is unsuccessful instead of putting it on his shoulder?
Blames the refs when they lose a game that he missed a game winner in?

Yes Jordan can’t take criticism. But that and being completely non self aware and complaint about foul calls to deflect blame are two very different things.

Yea they are both driven by money. But Jordan just shut up and played basketball while lebron does the complete opposite.
