1A does NOT include a right to disrupt anyone's college education.

Also, unless they are protesting a specific and addressable university policy ON-CAMPUS, they can get fricked

Free speech isn’t the issue here. It’s when your “demonstration” starts to impede on the lives and freedoms of other people.

You are taking Walsh out of context. This is about Abbott putting his foot in his mouth when he tweeted about the TU-Austin protesters.

DeSantis is talking about people that disrupt peoples day to day lives. Abbott should’ve done the same, but by making it about anti-semitism, he opened the door for criticism.
