That's exactly what these charter schools do. They get lots of fed grant $ too and steal it and not pay the vendors/services the grant was intended to be used for. I've seen it first-hand over and over again. Disgraceful.

ps - one NOLA location I know of was 3 different charter schools in a 4 year period. Same location, same owner (executive director), same bs. Steal the grant $ and don't pay for shite, let it fold. Rinse/repeat
