Schefter excoriated Mike Greenberg when Greenie pointed this out last night.
He basically said its fricking stupid, that he doesn't care about books trying to steal money from people.
The Chargers aren't doing this. They would take on the largest dead money in history to move on from a young elite talent QB.

I feel the line is moving more for the fifth pick more than Chargers drafting a QB. Seems there might be a trade down for Chargers with Minnesota?
