That is outstanding. I see 6 - 3 in favor of the status quo. Can you imagine a President having to answer to a DA? If "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" occur impeach the President. Otherwise, leave the President alone.

I listened to about 75% of the testimony. It sounded like the government was trying to make the distinction between the presidents private matters and official matters.

IDK which way this is headed.

Seems like giving a president blanket immunity would be creating a new law,
Which is not the job of the courts.

Have we ever had a President do the dumb things Trump has done? Even Nixon put one or even two layers between himself and what he wanted done. This isn't being critical of Nixon because that was actually smart. Can you imagine Nixon himself getting on a phone call asking to "find votes"

That's amateur hour type stuff.

I take solace in the fact that those prosecuting Trump will one day have to answer for their sins. Trumps conscious is clear; you can’t say the same for these demon-worshipping pieces of shite.

The lefties are acting like people are saying POTUS can legit walk up and murder someone. Which is the way theyll take advantage of in the future.

He was POTUS and federal elections integrity should fall under his purview. Also, as a candidate he should have the right to make sure things were done right. This isn't just a personal deal but a professional deal.

Impeachment has nothing to do with any criminal proceeding, ever.

The line for criminal immunity is whether the alleged acts were within POTUS’s official duties.
