My biggest thought was if I were an Ole Miss fan, I'd be pissed at this crap. even though pretty much every spring game is a glorified scrimmage, we wait from the January until August for football season to begin. To help break up that wait, we get a couple of scraps along the way. Mainly, National Signing day and the spring game. As a fan, I just want to know how hard my guys are working and who has stood out in spring. The spring game gives that opportunity. Give us something to think about over the summer, to help us make it thru until fall. I'd argue that whatever Lane decided to do with their spring game gave us none of that.

But enjoy talking about Joey Chesnut eat hotdogs... .
