Joe is going to deliver a commencement speech at an HBCU...this should be about the most friendly environment for him to speak. So friendly, that I am not sure it really is worth his time.
Are you telling me that Dementia Joe isn't even welcome at a mostly black university filled with voters in the 18-24 demographic?

the current regime in Washington is beign snubbed by Academia because they arent Left enough
