That was referring the school system, not the city government.


It was about legacy costs.

The conversation I was involved in was about the legacy costs of the school systems that broke away. I’ve made no comments about the incorporation of the unincorporated areas. Why would they even have to pay legacy costs? They were never part of a city and they are still part of the parish. I have no idea where you could even get legacy cost from outside of the breakaway school district. It seems as if you just want to argue for arguments sake.
