To be fair, the Aggie boosters 100% had the right idea.. they just chose the wrong path.. had they spent that money on the portal instead of high school recruits, they might have seen better results.

Florida State for example..
10 players drafted this weekend
9 were from the portal

and if their QB doesn't get hurt, they 100% would have made the playoff..

Now this also show that Norvell or someone on his staff has a really good eye for identifying talent.. so you need that as well.
