re: Realistically to get better

Herb need to continue to get better from 3 he has improved so much hopefully he can continue to get better. That will draw attention and keep a man off the block.

Trey needs to be more consistent he is either hot or cold I'd rather a continuous warm. He needs to be better on defense.

Zion really needs to stay healthy he was so good down the stretch that is all NBA level.

JV is a very good traditional center ( he is what he is)

Jose has improved his deep shot his defense is great
He just needs to get more min.

Dyson has improved on offense ( he is a servicable back up and a defensive stud) if he can get an offense game going he could be a freak (herb 2.0)

Hawkins is a dude he is just buried behind cj and bi
He can shoot he lacks defense but that will improve.

The rest can go
Bi. Needs to be traded

Cj. He will be back his contract is to high to move

Larry is a solid player but not a big ( I like him he just has the wrong role)

* Willie Green* needs to get the frick out ASAP
He as zero identity as a HC he has no idea when to call a time out and his rotation is abysmal.
He is still young but let him go cut his teeth somewhere else.

I want the Memphis coach that dude had his tem playing hard and improving w/ zero chance of the playoffs and with 1/2 the team on IR.
