1) It's possible Donovan Mitchell gets traded and I think many people would rate him better than Ingram
2) This is a weird year with the new, more restrictive tax rules and you have quite a few heavy tax teams that are not playing well in the playoffs. It would not be surprising if some of the teams from the heavy tax payers: the Warriors, Suns, Clippers, or Bucks, dump some good players on the market cheap to shed some salary. That will have a downward affect on the amount you get back on players being traded.
