Why are you pretending CJ is so good offensively it negates his defense. He is 5-22 from 3 this playoff series. Let’s run it back with a volume shooter who cannot guard a single player and who shoots less than 25% from 3 when it matters. Great take brother, keep doubling and tripling down on that. You mentioning Matt as a piece that fits next to Zion kind of just negates all your opinions anyways. I’ll have to introduce you to ball another time, clearly you’ve never met

Zion
Herb
Trey
Dyson
Hawkins
Jose

I may be in the minority, but I still want Jose back. He's having a terrible series but he's a good player.

I don't want BI, CJ, Nance back.

I'm ok with JV and Naji as reserves on low contracts.

When CJ was not having to be the focal point of the offense and he had a guy that wasn’t afraid to take shots ahead of him he was killing it.

In case you have no idea what I’m talking about look at CJ stats when playing with Zion vs his stats with BI.

Any sort of pressure by the other team and BI folds like a little bitch which in turn makes the whole team fold.

CJ does start jacking up shots but that’s simply because who else will take the lead?

CJ was statistically more efficient and better at defense than Dame Lillard basically this entire year. Him, Z, and Trey are offensively the only reasons we even made it to the playoffs.

As for the playoff series and play in….. not really any way to defend CJ, he’s been atrocious.
