Larson coming up three batters earlier and droppin his balls on the first pitch he sees. Had we had speed on second base, that would have walked it off too.

It doesn’t really matter at this point but I would just like to know to kinda get an idea of how Jay evaluates players. Really wish one of the reporters would ask him what he saw or didn’t see with Larson in the Fall that he felt like he wasn’t ready to start the season in the lineup.

No matter who we had on, they weren’t scoring on the Larson hit. He roped that and the RF had it pretty quick

It wouldn’t have matter who was on base. It was a hard hit line drive with the RF in and the runner would have had to make sure the ball was behind him. The right fielder was barely behind a deep playing second baseman.and charging. He did bobble the ball a little but he knew he wasn’t needing to throw by that point.
The third base coach had to put on the brake sign.

And, also, let's not forget... Let's not forget, Dude, that keeping wildlife, an amphibious rodent, for, you know, domestic... within the city... That ain't legal, either.
