My daughter bought me the expensive arse hexclad veggie griller for Christmas and it works good AF. Easy to clean too.

Also did fajitas last night...always use these..cheap and disposable so I have nothing to clean end of the night.
Also good to have for when traveling to air bnb you wanna grill at, but owners have let it rust and corrode

Some great suggestions. Decided to just either cut the veggies big enough to work on the regular grate or buy some disposables. Having to clean and store another thing is something I'd rather not do. But if I decide for a more premium solution I'll look back at this thread.

I use a Weber enameled cast iron skillet insert.

Spray them with oven cleaner.
Can literally spray the gunk off after.
I do this with my rotisserie contraption.

Never seen those cylinder things before but that's a great idea. How much of a pita to clean are they?
