For someone who claims to be in possession of a real JD, you sure are dense.
The First Amendment guarantees right to free speech in voicing criticism of the GOVERNMENT. Columbia University or any of the other fledgling commie factories which masquerade as centers for higher learning are NOT THE GOVERNMENT.
There is no protected right to call for a holy war against Israel by outside agitators taking over a university campus.
