It does say that many of those arrested were given trespass notices that they are barred from campus for 1 year. So in theory they shouldn't be returning to the protest camps but...
Enforcement of those trespass violations will be the key. Keep piling on charges and you remove the incentive, otherwise this was useless.

I'm convinced they are being paid to make noise. Looks like they called in sick for their shift at Starbucks.
