That's actually fair if all parties negotiate a price in good faith.

And that's what I've seen happen in similar circumstances in other states. We need to understand what % of tax dollars were contributed to EBRPSS by St. George relative to the rest of their district, and determine the value of the school itself and apply that % to it.

Honestly don't expect EBRPSS to negotiate in good faith, so likely the state will have to govern this kind of transition.
