Let me translate this word salad:
The gravy train is over. We need money.
There commentary on looting the gravy train until it was forced to leave the station.

Our children and community deserve a stable, equitable, and inclusive environment, and we implore decision makers to prioritize these fundamental values.
We implore the citizens of EBR to start policing their own and make it safe for everyone else.
Look within and ask “why does this continually happen in the black community?”

Don't the blacks in Baton Rouge have Scotlandville?
Don't th e blacks in Baton Rouge have Scotlandville and isn't Scotlandville all black? At least St. George has a few blacks that live in the new city of St. George. Whenever you have an intelligent conversation with a black person, the topic of racism will always come up.

To paraphrase: How are we gonna keep funding the schools when all the actual working people that pay taxes live in a different community?
Doesn’t seem like like a St. George problem. Sounds like a black people problem.

Isn’t the main issue that St. George is tired of funding shite for BR but not getting the resources. So why didn’t they releases a statement when St. George residents were getting unequal resource distribution? I wonder why?

You know exactly why. Even more infuriating is that NOW the NAACP wants to have a dialogue about protecting their students.
Just an unreal racist statement that is so common it doesn’t even register anymore.

In conclusion, we stand ready to collaborate with you to ensure that the interests of our students are protected and that they continue to have access to the excellent education they deserve, regardless of any changes in municipal boundaries. In summary, we don’t like you or want to live near you, but we do want your money.

I’ve ignored anything the NAACP has ever said, it’s time to start publicly shaming anyone who give these losers any credibility whatsoever. The never ending guilt grift is fake and gay. No one really feels sorry in 2024 for anyone regarding slavery because there is nothing that happened to anyone to warrant sorrow. Nothing.

They can piss up a rope. Their Queen in BR is the main reason all this happened. Take that race hustle and GFY

The NAACP does not care about black people. They only want to continue to see the funding rolling in so that they can get their piece of the pie. Between that and blaming Whitney for their problems, St George can’t get here soon enough.

I hope the removal of finds by St George bleeds BR dry.

My heart breaks for the kids in the EBR system who don’t have mobility and are stuck there. Their circumstance is not their fault. The adults in their lives have failed them. And that isn’t good for any of us. The hope is that EBR and perhaps the City of BR sees this as an opportunity for monumental change, but they’ll need new leadership for that to happen. Maybe Ted James can be that guy? I don’t know but we all do need a better BR.

So they can’t do those things without white people?
