mmm.... not so fast. Jewish intermarriage is a recent phenomenon as it is pretty frowned upon in the Jewish faith to 'marry out'. Until the 1960's Jews weren't even allowed into country clubs, private schools and certain neighborhoods (ie, River Oaks in Houston) by charter. Its hard to even find someone to marry a Jew and a Catholic. I know from personal experience. I was married in the late 1990's and most rabbis wouldn't even meet with me (as the Devil Catholic woman).
Further we use "white" as a catch all term to describe european descent. Ashkenazi Jews (American Jews, mostly) are a distinct ethinc group that will show up as "JEWISH" in a 23andMe and other genetic testing. It doesn't return a value of "irish" or "english" it comes back "JEWISH". It is something different than what we call "white"

My mother was born and raised in a Jewish family. She and my father married in a synagogue. Four years before I was born, she converted to Christianity.

You are subject to the typical boomer delusion that this has to do with religion.
