I agree to an extent but there's no one in LA that can match Moore so you chase kids like that. In terms of the mid-hi 4* down to the high 3s, it boils down to fit and trying to find multiple kids to do different things well. Wr production is very easy to replace. LA has droves of them in all shapes, sizes and skill. The difference in talent top to bottom is negligible imo. A kid like Billiot could match any wr in the country short of Jeremiah Smith in last years class in terms of where they'll be in 5-6 years developmentally.
