It's not BS.
Wisconsin drinks like nowhere else.

It's our thing.

Every small town has a bar or 5.

For ya'll down South just think of Tennessee and swap the churches for taverns.

The SEC is football crazy but doesn't "drink" as much as a whole. Auburn, Florida, Ole Miss, Tennessee....when I visited were not as buzzed as Madison gets. LSU is competitive though and I am not here to get into a pissing match about that. I enjoy the Tigers style- that's why I am here.

I don’t think anyone will argue any state in the south’s ability to go toe to toe with Wisko, except for Louisiana. When the map makes it look like that big of a discrepancy something is up.

I grew up in the middle of Cajun country and went to school in the middle of the “Bible Belt” part of the state. The whole state has a massive “drinking problem”

Wisconsin can also throw hands. We had a little dude from I think Appleton in my platoon. He was constantly knocking people out cold when we would go out.

Pretty sure he said “all we have to do back home is drink beer and fight”. He beat up 1 dude in the barracks and the next day it looked like the guy called Mike Tyson a sissy.

And when I say little I’m talking 5’8 or 5’9 maybe 150 - 160 ish. He eventually met his match with one of our medics who was from…you guessed it. Wisconsin
