Not in the magical 'data' you seem to be grasping for, but in observing/collecting/analyzing it there is always bias. This can be accounted for, adjusted for, and still lead to a valid and useful analysis, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
Unlike the rest of your life, you pretending to know something won't suddenly make you know it in this field.
