Can't be Rubio if both he and Trump are registered in Florida. Must be from different states or did that law change?

Its not true, they can be. It just has an effect on the splitting of electoral votes.
Its easily gotten around with Trump "moving" his residence to NY or NJ.
But not really worth the hassle.
