This is a biopic about legendary combat correspondent Lee Miller (played by Kate Winslet) and her experiences photographing the horrors of war as the Allies advanced through Europe in 1944 and 1945. She had been a fashion model before the war but decided to go to the front to document the atrocities of the Second World War after seeing newsreel footage.

Yeah hard Oscar-bait pass and when Andy Samberg comes on the screen its like throwing Jerry Lewis into Schindler's List.
