Buddy is currently in Portland and has seen many unusual people and sights like this everywhere he goes. At one point, he was walking down the street when he noticed another bizarre individual. They just looked at him and yelled, get over it; this is Portland.
He said he may not return for the next scheduled trip.

I once felt sorry for people like this but they really need to be bullied until they realize going out in public like this is not ok or they have a mental breakdown to the point they seek treatment...

Something has happened fundamentally to US culture.
Its not that a few people are looking and behaving that way. Entire major cities are populated with people either like that or who believe that is a culture they want to embrace.
There are two completely foreign tribes occupying the same nation and I don't think any political election is ever going to fix that.
