Where has he been all of this time? Jared Bernstein is literally the Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers, the main agency advising Biden on economic policy. He explains, in incredible detail, why there should definitely be no confusion among the citizens. Ol' Joey pulling this rabbit out of the hat in an election year. Who would have thought?
