My issue with the Vestavia School Board is that there is another principal who showed a video of a special needs student having a meltdown in a staff meeting and openly mocked the student. That dude is still employed and to my knowledge has not been transferred. He’s also neighbors and friends with the superintendent. If this lady is going to be punished, where is the punishment for him?

The issue with the disciplined principal has not been disclosed so you have no idea what she did in order to make an educated comparison and analysis.
