Wondering if there are attorneys on the board that might be willing to have a conversation with me. Going through some stuff that has me thinking thoughts that are unwarranted. Albeit, real. Not asking for free representation (although I do dream, nightly, about finding a good would that would like to help out a genuine good guy, pro bono, so I can have my life back. I’m in legal trouble. I have not been arrested nor will I be. No warrants or anything like that. Just a legal matter that has had me running hard only, it seems, I’m just running in place. If that makes sense. I’m just done with the depression and even more done with losing things in my life that mean the most to me due to me not knowing how to fix the wrong in my life. I’d be happy to speak over email or even text/call if someone was willing to lend an ear. If not, I completely understand as none of us work for free. I just know that if I had the ability to relieve someone’s depression or bad thoughts, I’d jump at the chance, money be damned. If nothing else, I do, sincerely, appreciate any time anyone of you spent reading and/or responding to my post. Hope everyone had a great weekend. ??

I don’t know what you got going on, man, and I’m not a lawyer nor do I live in Tennessee, but I hope you find some resolution.

Prayers for your free talk with a lawyer.

Sounds like you need a therapist more than you need a lawyer

Post history haunting is the reason why you don’t come to a place like this for help. We’re all women who can remember anything you’ve ever said if motivated enough to go looking.

OP definitely giving off some bipolar episode vibes.

Not saying that to be a jackass, but because:

I don’t know any lawyer who is likely to take on an obviously troubled client who looks likely to have already seriously damaged his legal position (I’m admittedly reading between the lines there) and do so on a pro bono basis. And a lot of attorneys prefer to handle pro bono representation through the various non-profits or legal aid providers as you know they’ve been screened. I’d start there:

Davidson County Legal Aid & Pro Bono Services

Your post reads like you need to deal with both an unspecified, possible serious legal issue and clear mental/emotional problems that attorneys are largely unequipped to advise on.

Better be careful with that stuff. I was involved in surgeries on a guy in Shreveport who “fell on the stairs” and broke both knees…twice!, at one of the casinos. It was obvious on the x-rays that he must’ve impacted both legs just below the knees on some kind of pipe or club (smaller diameter than a baseball bat) yet no reports of any objects near his vicinity when EMS picked him up each time (I guess the guido’s were courteous enough to call 911 after their work was completed).
