You are down voted in to oblivion, but you are asking a very valid question. My hope is that, the learning curve was steep and the personnel issues of Rd 1 aren't repeated. But there is a very real concern, to me at least, that Trumps ego will get in the way of a necessary amount of cunning and personableness that is needed to navigate the media and the bureaucracy.
