What he can't remember in that video (how the Fed uses buying/selling government securities for monetary policy) is a basic concept that would be in the 2nd level Econ class at any generic college. Actually his bumbling and stammering is a much more accurate representation of our fake monetary system than the curated and polished answers an “expert” would give.
